This one is actually really surprising because we were all taught as kids that fruit juice is good for you. "Stay away from things like soda and candy, but drink all your orange juice!" mom would say. It may sound counterintuitive, but take a step back and think about it. Fruit juices naturally have a lot of sugar, yet lacks the important fiber that actual fruit contains.

Fiber is one of the best things found in fruitWhy then, would we remove all of that fiber and just drink the juice? If you are craving that fresh, crisp flavor, the very best thing you can do is to eat whole fruits.
