1. WHOLE WHEAT BREAD

Everybody knows that white bread is bad, but a lot of people remain under the impression that whole wheat bread is actually good for you. The fact is, it's not much far off than white bread.

It still has TONS of calories, carbohydrates and doesn't even have much fiber. To make matters worse, the carbohydrates are processed and do more harm than good. Being processed, it absorbs really fast in body and quickly turns into fat. 

So the moral of the story is, stay away from whole wheat bread.
