2. CHEST FLY

It's hard to fathom the amount of strain doing chest flies places on the chest and the rotator cuffs. There's always a high risk of tearing a muscle in the the rotator cuffs with this exercise, therefore it is highly unadvisable. It's a much better choice to use this exercise as a warm-up rather than a full session. Instead, replace with some push-up variations.
